It just so happened that Amazon Prime Day and Hardware Sourcing Day collided! I am pulling together all of the details for a Modern Farmhouse renovation project and I cannot wait to see how it comes together!

The homeowner asked for some help with creating a more Modern look that still fits in nicely with her rural setting. This project is full of a delicious mixture of Farmhouse, Craftsman and Modern design elements that will come together beautifully! Gutting of the house starts this week and I’ll be sharing all the details with you throughout the project!

Last but not least the kiddo’s bifold closet doors are getting a quick update with simple Matte Black Knobs.
Changing out door hardware is a super quick update – and at these prices we will have room left in the budget to invest in really fun lighting, fixtures and furnishings!
Although all interior doors will have matte black hardware throughout the house, the front door will be a gorgeous shade of blue – so we are going GOLD on the front entry door hardware. And ya’ll know this gold loving girl couldn’t be happier about that! This Emtek Baden Front Door Handle makes my heart go pitter-patter!
The master bathroom is also getting a few touches of golden goodness!
These 5″ Cabinet Pulls, Toilet Paper Holder and Robe Hooks are going to add just the sparkle this bathroom remodel needs. Pared next to some shiplap, subway tile, Shaker style cabinetry and a gorgeous countertop remnant it’s going to gorgeous!
